However, the acceptance of hybrid work varies by sector and company size, with larger organizations more likely to maintain these models. While 41% of respondents believe hybrid work will persist, 29% think work will revert to being office-only.

Collaboration remains a key challenge, with over half of organizations citing it as an issue. Many are exploring ways to enhance hybrid meetings and support employee collaboration. Notably, 51% of respondents are focused on finding effective solutions for collaboration, particularly in sectors like manufacturing and retail, where concerns are even higher.

A significant 60% of organizations have invested or plan to invest in security controls to support hybrid work. This includes measures like multi-factor authentication, endpoint detection and response, and VPNs, reflecting the growing importance of security in a hybrid work environment.
